Whether you're planning a student celebration, departmental gathering or a large community event, food trucks are a great way to bring a variety of culinary options to campus. From the Angry Goose to other approved local vendors, explore the available options and review the booking requirements to get started.
All food trucks must be selected from our approved list which has been vetted for health and safety compliance. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their chosen truck(s) clearly communicate allergen information and dietary options to attendees.
Most vendors require a minimum revenue guarantee, averaging $1,000. This can be covered by the host group or met through event sales.
Trucks must park in designated spots approved by Hospitality and Campus Services. Parking in fire routes or loading zones is strictly prohibited.
